Rakiisha

Rakiisha is a Straight Egyptian mare with extreme type and refinement overall. She is a highly valued broodmare at Skarabee Arabians because of her remarkably fine pedigree. Rakiisha was sired by PVA Kariim out of Khalehla. She is the only progeny of PVA Kariim in South Africa. PVA Kariim was sired by the Legendary Imperial Imdal out of an Egyptian Prince daughter.
Rakiisha's dam is also very impressive in pedigree and looks. Khalehla was sired by Makhsous and imported to South Africa where she was artificially inseminated with PVA Kariim semen. Makhsous is also a Legend in his own right, and was a foundation Stallion for Kehilan Arabians in America.
Rakiisha constantly breeds type and refinement onto her foals, and seems to nick very well with Amaal. Rakiisha is a priceless rare treasure in South Africa, and we feel blessed to own her, especially since her paternal brother Imperial Baarez is becoming the new rising star at Imperial Egyptian stud.
Barbara A. Griffith called Imperial Baarez a "once in a lifetime stallion".
